Sales Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The position involves working shifts on Monday from 08:30 to 14:30, Wednesday from 10:00 to 15:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00, totaling 15.75 hours per week. The role offers opportunities to provide expert fitting advice, manage visual merchandising, and maintain store standards.

Duties:

• Delivering exceptional customer experience from helping find products to completing purchases at the till
• Providing brand bra fitting experiences and expert advice on size and style suitability
• Owning the visual merchandising and presentation of products
• Maintaining store standards including managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures
