Customer Advisor

Location: Shoreham-by-Sea, UK

Seeking a part‑time Customer Advisor for 12‑16 hrs/week. The role involves rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays. The position is permanent and based at B&Q Shoreham.

Duties:

• Assist customers with home improvement queries and product advice
• Provide guidance using new technology and tools
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Adapt to a flexible rota covering weekends, evenings and bank holidays

• Friendly, outgoing and eager to help customers
• Passion for home improvement and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team
