Customer Advisor

Location: Shoreham-by-Sea, UK

Seeking a part‑time Customer Advisor for 10 hrs/week at B&Q Shoreham. The role involves working a flexible rota covering any day Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. The position offers a permanent contract and a £13.10 per hour rate. Candidates will assist customers with home improvement advice.

Duties:

• Assist customers with home improvement queries and product recommendations.
• Utilise new technology to support customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.
• Work a flexible rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
