• Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
• Liaising with Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
• Maintaining repair and service records.
• Learning and demonstrating work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
• Considering the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating a customer‑centric approach.
• Satisfying the academic requirements of the apprenticeship by engaging with the provider and ensuring course progress.
