Team Member

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part-time Team Member for the Brighton Churchill store during the Autumn/Winter season. The role involves 8 hrs per week, working Monday and Tuesday from 09:00 to 13:00, with potential additional availability for sale weekends. The position offers flexible short‑term contracts in a high‑energy retail environment.

Duties:

• Deliver fast, friendly service and help customers find what they need
• Keep the sales floor well stocked, organised, and easy to shop
• Ensure the shop floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing
• Efficiently process deliveries and replenish the sales floor to ensure it remains fully stocked and presentable
• Pick, pack, and transfer stock to meet customer timescales and ensure accurate parcel processing
• Keep the back of house clean, safe and organised
• Support both sales floor and stockroom as needed
