Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence, and support to every shift while delivering great coffee and memorable moments. The role involves working 30 hours per week with flexible shifts available to suit the store and employee.

Duties:

• Lead smooth, efficient shifts
• Train and support new Baristas
• Energise and motivate the team
• Maintain high standards across service and coffee excellence
• Use resourcefulness and adaptability to keep everything running well

Requirements:

• Reliable role model with accountability and maturity
• Strong team player with great communication skills
• Energetic, positive, and confident leading others
• Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Experience as a team leader or ready to step into the role
