Beauty Expert

Location: Lewes Road Store, Brighton, BN2 3QA

Seeking a Beauty Expert to join the team at Sainsbury's in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves ensuring the store is the destination for the latest beauty products, maintaining high standards of customer service, and working flexibly across the store. This is a fixed-term assignment working 25 hours per week.

Duties:

• Set up and position a range of beauty brands and products to ensure appealing department presentation.
• Collect stock from the warehouse to replenish items across the department.
• Build product, service, and promotion knowledge to provide tailored recommendations and impartial advice.
• Work flexibly across the store as required to support team operations.

Requirements:

• Must be above school-leaver age with UK Right to Work eligibility.
• Friendly and welcoming personality with a genuine enthusiasm for beauty products and helping customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physical environment.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and openness to learning digital tools.
