Burnt Orange is seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at their neighbourhood restaurant and late-night bar in Brighton. The role involves delivering drinks to the highest standards and providing an exceptional guest experience within a supportive team environment.

Duties:

• Look after guests and deliver drinks to the highest standards
• Prepare drinks creatively and consistently under pressure
• Support, motivate, and inspire the team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Genuine passion for creating drinks and delivering exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Eligibility to work full-time in the UK
